What is included in the installed price?+

Your estimated price includes the touchscreen system, vehicle-specific installation components, professional mobile installation, setup, and a basic walkthrough. Optional accessories are priced separately. Prices do not include applicable Tennessee sales tax, which is charged on the full job with your final balance; the $199 deposit itself is not taxed.

Why do you need photos after I place a deposit?+

Vehicle equipment can vary even within the same year and model. Your photos help our team confirm the exact factory configuration and build the right custom upgrade package for your vehicle.

How long does the process take?+

Each Ride Modern upgrade package is custom built for the customer’s specific vehicle. Once your VIN and vehicle photos are reviewed, the equipment is typically ready within five business days. We’ll notify you as soon as it arrives so you can choose an installation appointment. Installation generally takes about two hours.

Will my steering-wheel controls still work?+

For most supported vehicles, yes. Our vehicle-specific quote is designed to include the interface required to retain compatible factory functions.

When is the remaining balance due?+

The $199 deposit reserves your project and starts your vehicle review. The remaining balance, plus sales tax on the full job, is collected after installation is complete.
